STUDENTS ARE INFORMED THAT SEATS ARE VACANT IN ALL SUBJECTS, KINDLY VISIT COLLEGE FOR THIRD COUNSELLING

THIRD COUNSELLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Students interested in Third Counselling kindly register by filling this google form

Students are also instructed to visit college with all original documents(along with 2 photocopies) for scrutiny from 09.09.2024 to 14.09.2024(from 11:00 am to 12.15 pm).(LIST OF DOCUMENTS)

Filling google form is not enough, students need to visit college for scrutiny of documents.

Subject wise merit List will be uploaded on website on 15.09.2024 after scrutiny of documents.

Shortlisted students have to pay fee by 1pm on 16.09.2024 to confirm admission, otherwise seat will be given to the students in waiting list.

M.Ed. Admissions
M.Ed. Admissions are being done at college level. Kindly visit college and meet admissions committee for further details.

B.Ed.

2-Years Regular Course (150 Seats)

B.Ed. course is of 2 Years having 4 Semesters.

  • Admission is done through a combined entrance test conducted by the State University (Punjab University, Chandigarh/Punjabi University, Patiala/Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar) rotation wise during the month of July/August every year.

  • The score obtained in the Entrance test is the criterion of merit.

  • 15 percent of the seats are filled on All India basis and the 85 percent seats are filled from the Punjab State pool.

  • Reservation policy of the State is followed during admissions as per rules.

  • Merit list of each Major subject is prepared separately by the University.

  • Based on the score obtained in the entrance test and reservation , can

  • Classes begin from the last week of August and continue till the end of November. First semester exams will be held in the month of December. Classes for 2nd semester will start from January and would continue till April. The examination of 2nd Semester will be held in the month of May/June. Same pattern would be followed for 3rd and 4th Semester.

Major Subject Combinations

NOTE : The College doesn't have teaching of SCIENCE as an option. It has teaching of Life Science (for B.Sc. - medical students) and teaching of Physical Science (for B.Sc. - non medical students) which is equivalent to teaching of Science.

M.Ed.

2-Years Regular Course (50 Seats)

M.Ed. course is of 2 Years having 4 Semesters. M.Ed. course (50 seats): Admission is done directly by the college admission committee as per the guidelines of the Punjabi University, Patiala from time to time. Admission is given to the candidates according to their merit and as per the reservation of seats.
